Level 1 - Yoga for Every Body

Yoga in Daily Life is not limited to the physically fit and flexible; it is practised by people of all ages and states of health. Level 1 classes in particular are suitable for all students. The class involves a steady flow of movements practised in coordination with the breath to help focus the mind, improve concentration, release stress, relax muscles, mobilise joints & improve flexibility and circulation.

Levels 2 to 5

As the next step, these levels further strengthen the body, increase fitness, develop concentration and build mental fortitude. Many classical postures are featured that offer the opportunity to extend and deepen the Yoga experience. Although these classes are stronger than Level 1, you will never be asked to do something you are not ready for.

Pre-Natal Yoga

Special instructions & modifications to the Level 1 techniques are given to help prepare you for delivery. All stages of pregnancy welcome.
